Permanent ban from community platforms and product updates
Criminal prosecution under DMCA §1201 and ICC copyright statutes
Civil liability claims by The Fractal Exchange for damages and costs, which may range from $750 to $30,000 per violation (or higher in cases of willful infringement), as permitted by law
